When you arrive, don’t hesitate to contact us if you notice any anomalies or malfunctions.

Once you have settled into your apartment, it is your responsibility to :

• Keep it clean and tidy
• Check the equipment provided

For your information, we provide you with garbage bags and toilet paper, but we don’t renew them once you’ve moved in.

The apartments are non-smoking.

• Hot and cold water are reversed on bathtubs in some homes.

• Turn off the heating when windows are open
• Turn down the heating at night
• Unplug your chargers

• Turn off the water when brushing your teeth or soaping your hands
• Turn off the water when soaping dishes
