HIGH SEASON

• 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm.
• from 3pm to 8pm on Saturday
• 9am to 12pm on Wednesday and Sunday

LOW SEASON

• 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm (Reception closed on Wednesdays and Sundays).
• From 3pm to 6pm on Saturday

Arrival times :

• From 4pm to 6pm. In the event of late arrival, an independent check-in procedure is in place. Reception will call you to explain how to collect your keys from an envelope at reception and give you the gate code.

Check-out times :

• From 8am to 10am.

Once you have moved in, it is your responsibility to :

• Turn off the lights when you leave the room.
• Turn off patio lights at night.
• Switch off appliances rather than putting them on standby
• Turn off heating when windows are open
• Turn down the heating at night
• Turn off the heating when you’re away
• Unplug your chargers
• Report any leaks or drips to reception
• Turn off the water when brushing your teeth or soaping your hands
• Turn off the water when soaping dishes
• Shower in an eco-responsible way
• Use the sorting bins provided and follow the instructions.

• At Domaine de Claire Rive, we strive to establish a rhythm of life that allows everyone to make the most of their vacation. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the site and the peace of mind of everyone, by maintaining a courteous and measured attitude in the various areas. For everyone’s well-being, peace and quiet are respected throughout your stay, whatever the time of day.
• Selective sorting is compulsory, so please don’t throw your rubbish just anywhere.
• Pets must be kept on a leash, and please pick up after them.
• Charcoal barbecues are prohibited (high risk of fire).
• Smoking is forbidden in the accommodation.
• Please remain discreet and do not make noise after 11 p.m.

Parking and electricity points

• Parking is available at the entrance to the residence.
• You may enter the residence with your vehicle only while you unload your luggage.
• Parking in front of apartments is prohibited.
• The residence does not have a charging station for electric vehicles.
