Swimming Pool
Children should never remain unattended, the presence of a responsible adult and practicing active supervision is mandatory.
Never let a child access a pool alone, leave it alone or take his eyes off it, even for a few moments: your child can drown in less than three minutes in 20 cm of water.
When swimming, it is strongly recommended to equip young children with floating devices (adapted buoy, armband, etc.)
HYGIENE
- Use the footbath and take a shower with soap before entering the pool: deodorants, sunscreens, perspiration generate «organic combined chlorine», this one causing inflammation of the mucous membranes, conjunctivitis, irritation of the throat.
- Beware of skin lesions that may be contagious
- No pets nearby or in the pool
- No food or drinks in the pool
- The wearing of bermudas, shorts or other clothing not exclusively reserved for swimming is strictly forbidden.
RULES OF THE POOL
ARTICLE 1 – OPENING
The period and hours of operation of the pool are brought by means of display to the knowledge of holidaymakers.
The swimming pool is open every day from 10am to 7pm.
The establishment reserves the right to change the hours and the mode of use of the pool or to close it, in particular for technical, hygiene or safety reasons.
ARTICLE 2 – ENTRY AND EXIT RIGHTS
Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for the residence’s clientele.
ARTICLE 3 – THEFT, PREJUDICE AND OBJECTS FOUND
The establishment can not be held responsible for thefts, losses, omissions of clothes or objects in the enclosure of the pool
Users are asked not to bring any valuables
Any user is responsible for damages or damage caused in the pool.
Lost and found items must be returned to reception.
ARTICLE 4 – USER DRESS
Users must remain properly dressed properly. Access to the pool is only in bathing clothes. All bathers must wear a swimsuit (traditional swim trunks, long or short wetsuit, hydra-shorts). Boxer shorts are tolerated. Wearing shorts, shorts or other clothing not exclusively for swimming is strictly prohibited.
Any act or behavior likely to harm decency, morality, tranquility of bathers, good order and cleanliness of the pool is strictly prohibited. He would be punished by the immediate dismissal of the pool and prosecuted in accordance with the law.
ARTICLE 5 – HYGIENE
Access to the pool is prohibited to any person in a state of intoxication or obvious uncleanness, to persons with diseases whose external effects may be grounds for discomfort or contagion, as well as to persons with characteristic signs of epidemic disease without a certificate of non-contamination.
Before accessing the pool, bathers are required to pass under the shower and in the footbath.
ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL CONDITIONS RELATING TO GOOD ORDER AND SECURITY
Anyone who cannot swim will only have access to the pool with a lifebelt.
Children under the age of 12 will only have access to the facilities accompanied by an adult over the age of eighteen who knows how to swim and in bathing clothes.
It is forbidden to:
- Staying in the pool outside opening hours
- Enter prohibited areas marked with signs or placards
- To play with the gates obstructing the water outlets
- Harass the public with loud, dangerous or immoral games or acts
- To dive
- Use underwater diving equipment (fins, masks, snorkels, etc..)
- Use air mattresses or other inflatable devices
- To push or throw people parking on the beaches
- Running, jostling, screaming, throwing water
- To simulate drowning, under penalty of immediate and definitive dismissal
- Play ball or ball on the edges and in the pool
- To smoke
- Introduce or consume alcoholic beverages or illicit substances and eat.
- Urinate in water or outside the toilet
- To spit on the ground or in the basin
- To bring dangerous objects (glass, bottle, mirror, knife, etc.)
- To use transistors or any other sound emitter or amplifier
- To abandon, to throw papers, objects and waste of all kinds elsewhere than in the baskets specially reserved for their collections
- To bathe the body coated with solar oil
- Climbing fences and separations of any kind
- To introduce animals, even kept on a leash in the enclosure of the pool
Users are obliged to comply with the prescriptions and injunctions made to them.

Pets
Pets are welcome at Domaine de Bacchus
Price: € 8/ day/ animal (up to 2 animals per accommodation, excluding category 1 animal)
They must be kept on a leash and not interfere with the tranquility of the residents.
For hygiene reasons, also make sure that your pet does not lie down on the sofa, beds and duvets of the accommodation.
