Opening hours

Reception opening hours:

Generally speaking, reception is open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm or 7pm on Saturdays and during July and August.

Reception may be closed one or two days a week for weekly rest days.

We advise you to contact the establishment directly for precise opening hours by email at info@domaine-val-amboise.com.

It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in times:

• from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm (If arriving after 6.00 pm, please contact reception to arrange a self-check-in procedure)

• by 10.00 am

On arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us if you notice anything amiss or if something is not working properly

 

Once you have settled into your cottage, it is your responsibility to:

• Keep it clean and tidy
• Check the equipment provided
• Dispose of your household waste in the designated areas

Bins are located on the estate (separate bins for glass and cardboard, as well as compost bins for organic waste).

• Switch off the lights when leaving a room.

• Turn off your devices completely instead of leaving them on standby.

• Turn off the heating when windows are open.

• Lower the heating at night.

• Report any leaks or dripping taps to reception immediately.

• Turn off the water while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands.

• Turn off the water while washing the dishes.

• Take eco-friendly showers (keep them short and mindful).

• Use the compost bins provided.

Parking

Free parking is available for your use. To ensure the peace and safety of all our guests, please ensure you park in the designated lot at the entrance of the estate.

Please note: Vehicle traffic is strictly prohibited within the grounds of the estate.
