On arrival

When you arrive, don’t hesitate to contact us if you notice any anomalies or malfunctions.

Once you have settled into your apartment, it is your responsibility to :

• Keep it clean and tidy
• Check the equipment provided

 

The apartments are non-smoking.

Do not forget

Here are a few gestures and best practices to help us reduce our ecological impact:

 

• Turn off the lights when you leave the room
• Switch off appliances rather than putting them on standby
• Turn off the heating when windows are open
• Turn down the heating at night
• Unplug your chargers
• Report any leaks or drips to reception
• Turn off the water when brushing your teeth or soaping your hands
• Turn off the water when soaping dishes
• Shower in an eco-responsible way
• Clean and defrost the fridge on departure
• Sort your waste: yellow bins are available for packaging, to be disposed of in bulk without bagging – black bins for organic waste (a black bag is provided on arrival) – glass bin is available on Avenue des fontaines, just opposite the residence.
