departure instructions
Because we want you to be satisfied right up to the last moment, here’s some information to help you get off to a good start.
Prepare your departure :
- Departures must be before 11 a.m. at the latest.
- Your accommodation must be emptied and cleaned.
- The kitchen must be clean, the dishes done and the rubbish bags put in the garbage can (1st door on the left as you leave).
- Set the fridge to 0 on departure.
- Leave sheets and towels on the floor when you leave.
- Air the apartment on departure
On the morning of your departure, reception will be happy to help you:
- Return borrowed equipment
- Return your apartment card
For departures before the opening of the residence, a mailbox is available for you to leave your apartment card.
Above all, please don’t forget anything in cupboards, drawers, under beds and in sockets, and make sure to turn off the heating.
