Reception hours :

IN SEASON

• 8am to 12pm and 3pm to 8pm.

OFF SEASON

• 8am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm (November 1 to March 31).
• from 9am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Arrival times :

• From 3pm (after closing hours, codes are sent and access works with a safe).

Check-out times :

• No later than 11 a.m. (for departures before the residence opens, a mailbox is available for leaving the room card).

When you arrive, don’t hesitate to contact us if you notice any anomalies or malfunctions

Once you have settled into your apartment, it is your responsibility to :

• Keep it clean and tidy
• Check the equipment provided

The apartments are non-smoking.

Equipment operation

• Classic heating: use the thumbwheel to set the temperature. The heating is managed by the reception unit: don’t touch the temperature, but never the other functions. Please do not touch the box near the kitchen.
• Microwave oven: 30-second pulse
• Dishwasher: set to mode R before you leave
• All our toilet paper holders have 2 rolls: if the 1st one is finished, the rolls fall off (throw it away) and the 2nd one is supposed to go down automatically, otherwise tap it.

Do not forget

Here are a few gestures and best practices to help us reduce our ecological impact:

• Turn off the lights when you leave the room
• Switch off appliances rather than putting them on standby
• Turn off the heating when windows are open
• Turn down the heating at night
• Turn off the heating when you’re away
• Unplug your chargers
• Report any leaks or drips to reception
• Turn off the water when brushing your teeth or soaping your hands
• Turn off the water when soaping dishes
• Shower in an eco-responsible way
• Use the sorting bins provided according to the instructions.
• Glass recycling is not possible on site, but is available 50m from the residence.

• Parking available by reservation only (€7 per day) and with access card (We don’t have enough space for the whole establishment, so please reserve in advance, subject to availability).
