Once you are installed in your apartment, you will be responsible for:

The chalets are non-smoking.
Parking and electricity points
Free parking and parking spaces in front of each accommodation are available
- Each cottage has a location for a car
- All other vehicles must be parked in the main car park
Charging stations for electric vehicles should arrive soon, in September 2024

Here are some actions and best practices to participate in our approach to reducing our ecological impact :
- Turn off the light when you leave the room
- Turn off the outside lights of the terrace at bedtime
- Turn off your devices rather than putting them on standby
- Turn off heating when windows are open
- Turn down the heating at night

- Report to reception any leak or drip
- Cut off water when you wash your teeth or soap your hands

Rules of the house
Here are some gestures and good practices for the respect of all within our residence
- Consider picking up your pets’ droppings – We can provide bags upon request at the reception
- Do not let animals get on the bed
- Respect the speed by car in the residence
- Please respect the hygiene and safety instructions of access to the pool
- For the well being of everyone, thank you to pay attention to late noise nuisances as well as morning, out of respect for the chalets nearby

Departure instructions
Because we want to satisfy you until the last moment, here is some information that will allow you a good start.
Prepare for your departure :
- Your accommodation will have to be emptied, cleaned.
- The kitchen must be clean, dishes made and garbage bags deposited in the garbage room
- Make an appointment at the reception to carry out the inventory of outgoing
The morning of your departure, the reception is at your disposal so that you can :
- Return borrowed material
- Return the key to your cottage
And above all, please do not forget anything in the cupboards, drawers, under the beds and in the sockets as well as to turn off the heating
