Departure instructions
Because we want to satisfy you right up to the last minute, here is some information to help you make sure your departure goes smoothly.
Preparing for your departure:
To make the departure inspection as smooth as possible, and in the interests of organisation, please make an appointment the day before your departure, before midday, to arrange a time (between 8am and 10am in high season for stays of at least 1 week).
Your accommodation must be emptied, cleaned and ready for the inspection visit.
On the morning of your departure, reception will be happy to help you:
- Return borrowed equipment
- Return the key to your chalet
If you have not opted for the cleaning package, please :
- Leave your chalet clean (cupboards, dishes washed, wiped and tidied, fridge emptied and cleaned, dustbins emptied, floors, linen (if rented) folded and returned to reception).
- Put back in order the furniture moved during your stay
- Leave the baby kit in your chalet, with the cot folded up.
And above all, please don’t forget anything in the cupboards, drawers, under the beds and in the sockets, and make sure you turn off the heating.
