Branféré animal and botanical park

The Parc animalier et botanique de Branféré is a privileged place to marvel at and discover the animal and plant world. On a 45-hectare botanical park several hundred years old, you’ll discover animal species from all over the world in conditions close to the natural environment. Unlike a traditional zoo, the animals evolve in semi-liberty in large open spaces.

Throughout the year, Parc de Branféré offers spectacular, educational and cultural events, such as the bird show in front of the early 19th-century château. Storks, pelicans, eagles, vultures, falcons, parrots and parakeets fly just inches from your head in a breathtaking aerial ballet.

Experience the thrill of the Parcabout attraction. Perched between 2 and 8 meters high, young and old alike can admire the African plain, where giraffes rub shoulders with wildebeests and zebras.
