When you arrive, don’t hesitate to contact us if you notice any anomalies or malfunctions.
Once you have moved in, it is your responsibility to :
- Keep it clean and tidy
- Check the equipment provided
All accommodation is non-smoking.
Parking and electricity points
The residence has 2 parking lots available to residents:
- Parking lot P-1 building 1
- Parking P-2 building 2
A secure bike room is also available. Ask for the key at reception.
Do not forget
Here are a few gestures and best practices to help us reduce our ecological impact :
- Turn off the lights when you leave the room.
- Turn off patio lights at night.
- Turn off appliances rather than putting them on standby
- Turn off heating when windows are open
- Turn down the heating at night
- Turn off the heating when you’re away
- Unplug your chargers
- Report any leaks or drips to reception
- Turn off the water when brushing your teeth or soaping your hands
- Turn off the water when soaping dishes
- Shower in an eco-responsible way
- Use the sorting bins provided and follow the instructions.

Rules of life at Résidence Côté Provence
- Within the residence, we strive to establish a rhythm of life that allows everyone to make the most of their vacation. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the site and the peace of mind of everyone, by maintaining a courteous and measured attitude in the various areas. For everyone’s well-being, peace and quiet are respected throughout your stay, whatever the time of day.
- Selective sorting is compulsory, so please don’t throw your rubbish just anywhere.
- Pets must be kept on a leash, and please pick up after them.
- Charcoal barbecues are prohibited (high risk of fire).
- Smoking is forbidden in the accommodation.
- Please remain discreet and do not make noise after 10 pm.

Departure instructions
Because we want you to be satisfied right up to the last moment, here’s some information to help you get off to a good start.
Prepare your departure :
- Departures must be made before 10 a.m. at the latest.
- Your accommodation must be emptied and cleaned.
- The kitchen must be clean, the dishes done and the rubbish bags put in the garbage can.
- The fridge must be turned down to a minimum at the time of departure.
On the morning of your departure, reception will be happy to help you :
- Return borrowed or rented equipment to reception
- Return the key to your accommodation to reception
And above all, please don’t forget anything in cupboards, drawers, under beds and in sockets, and make sure you turn off the heating.
